The AWV-100 single vendor is the most popular
vending machine for supermarket, mini-mart, grocery or
convenience store locations. The equipment is built to be
dependable, durable, and reliable. We use high quality
pumps, motors and coin mechanisms.
Customer contact areas on the face of the equipment are made
from Lexan, which is a tough, polycarbonate material. We build the equipment right the first time. A
reinforced fiberglass cabinet houses multiple stages of
sediment and carbon filtration, reverse osmosis, ultraviolet
sanitization, which assures the customer of a premium quality
product.
The AWV-100 cabinet may be purchased with a 16-gauge
stainless steel cabinet door for locations that require
additional security. The machine operates with AWV's proven
electro-mechanical controller, which is simple to operate,
inexpensive to maintain and ultra-reliable. This controller is
not affected by voltage variations, line noise, salt air in
southern climates, extreme heat and humidity, unlike
electronic controllers. The AWV-100 machine will restart itself
in cases of power failures without you having to physically go
to the machine to reset it. One secret to a successful water
vending location is that the machine must work every time a
customer uses it. For our customers, we provide a detailed
operator's manual and provide telephone technical support, in
addition to excellent customer service and warranty support.
The AWV-100 and AWV-100B single vendors are
built to be coin operated with an American coin mechanism.
However, the equipment may be equipped with a variety of
foreign coin mechanisms, as well as vend in liters. This
versatile machine may be operated by existing line pressure,
or can be furnished with an RO booster pump to produce a
higher volume of water for busy locations. The AWV-100 /
100B machines are available with production capabilities
up to 1600 GPD. Our standard treatment system can easily be
modified to meet the specific water problems of your
geographical area.
Every gallon of water that is vended is counted by the
gallon flow meter. This meter requires no adjustment, and
guarantees an accurate vend every time. Standard features
include an oversized vend compartment that accommodates
5-gallon water coolers typically used by the construction
trade.
