The AWV-500 Kiosk is a complete water production and
vending package for a water vending kiosk station. The recommended
building size is 8.5’ x 8.5’ or larger. The Kiosk
system is Arizona Water Vendors’ answer to an economical,
practical and reliable system for the water vending kiosk building.
The Kiosk water production system is capable of producing a
minimum of 3,000 gallons per day of reverse osmosis water. The
system is equipped with two 4” x 40” reverse osmosis
membranes, twin water softeners with a 1-cubic foot carbon tank
and an automatic backwash system, motor, booster pump and control
system.
The entire water production system is mounted on a custom steel
frame designed to fit through any standard 3’0” door
opening. The RO controller and operational gauges are mounted
on the system frame for ease of use and operator convenience.
The controller is equipped with a power supply switch, an internal
time delay, low pressure and inlet water pressure gauges, waste
water and re-circulation valves, with TDS (Total Dissolved Solids)
meter (optional).
Product water is fed into a 200-gallon cylindrical storage
tank. Additional tanks may be added for more storage capacity.
Attractive stainless steel vending stations provide customers
a vendor to purchase water by the gallon. Product water from
the storage tank flows through a final UV sterilization system
prior to dispensing into the customers’ water container,
assuring a quality water product for every vend.
Any number of vending stations may be purchased with the Kiosk
system. Each stainless steel vendor is independently controlled
by an electro-mechanical drive. Electro-mechanical controllers
are inexpensive to maintain, simple to operate, and are extremely
reliable. Electro-mechanical controllers are not affected by
voltage variations, line noise, heat, humidity, or salt air.
Standard features of each vending station includes 16-gauge
construction, coin and dollar bill acceptors, UV light, volumetrically
measured flow meter, an oversized vend compartment large enough
to accept 5-gallon and oversized coolers, Lexan vend doors and
instruction pads, and an adjustable stainless steel shelf for
1-gallon containers. The AWV-500 Kiosk is the ideal choice
